Brad quickly followed Ben to college, bringing another $7,750 in scholarships with him. Quieter and shyer than his brother, Knowledge Sim Brad chose the smallest residence hall on campus, the 5-room Jefferson Dorm, to live with boyfriend Ricky Cormier. Although he wasn’t certain what he wanted to study at first, he decided on a Physics major as the best way to reach his goal to max out all his skills. Ricky, meanwhile, chose Drama as his major.
Though outwardly, their dorm rooms seemed like any others, Brad had made a few unofficial alterations.
While Ricky distracted the only adult in the building with tales of seeing Bethany’s ghost…
…Brad used his high mechanical skills to build a doorway bridging the two rooms.
Now the boys had a nice double-suite to enjoy. Even after pledging as a member of Oresha Cham, Brad chose to stay in his new dorm-room home. It suited him better than the now quite crowded greek house.
He spent many hours working on his skills, while Ricky spent an equal amount of time doing one of his favorite things – talking on the phone.
Brad even memorialized the moment with a painting.
Unbeknownst to Brad, though, Ricky wasn’t on the phone with his Drama professors. He’d met Blake LeTourneau on one of his many visits Downtown.
Despite how he felt about Brad, Ricky found the freedom of college and his own Romance Sim-nature to be too much of a combo for him. He figured one little date wouldn’t hurt, and Brad would never have to know about it.

There’s a cheat code you can use to enable the building tools in a dorm. It’s
dormspecifictoolsdisabled false
Just use “true” afterwards to go back to normal

just getting caught up on everything that’s going on with the Petras, what an interesting twist and a nasty thing for Ricky to do! Mind my sims have been cheating on him all over the place so I suppose it’s a sort of revenge!
