Welcome to Greenhaven, home of the Legacy Challenge Petras family. I’ll be giving you the full tour of all the custom items to be found on the various properties in town. This page is devoted to the characters themselves, and the neighborhoods. The virtual tours of the individual lots may be found here (currently under construction):

Both Greenhaven and Greenhaven University (GHU) are based on custom neighborhood screens from Jendea Simitecture, in the lots/regions section. Greenhaven is the “Moon Hill” region, while GHU uses the “Emerald Shores” map. All community lots at this writing were taken from the Maxis-made neighborhoods Pleasantview, Sim State U., and Academie Le Tour.
There are 12 members in the Petras family at present, spread over 3 households. My founder Aaron, his wife Mary and their 4 youngest children currently live in the main household, Lakeside Manor. Aaron and Mary wear custom outfits from the sadly now-closed Simply Skintastic site (was at http://www.simplyskintastic.com) . Aaron sports an Oxblood Stripe top and Black Dress Slacks, while Mary is modeling the Green Denim Jumper. A lot of the makeup you’ll see on my sims comes from this site as well.
The kids in the above photo, from left to right, are Belle, Blair, Barbara and Beatrice. (Yes, I use the highly original alphabet naming system for my legacy). Blair’s outfit and Beatrice’s pants are from Maxis, the rest of the clothes come from The Sims Resource. Belle and Barb both wear tops by sxylissy83, Belle’s is called AE Coastline Cami Dk Blue and Barbara wears a Black Guess Lacy Tank. The skirt and pants are from the Safari set by janicap, Skirt 3 and Trousers 4 respectively. Beatrice’s top is the Purple Seam Khaki Jacket by booster15.
Barbara has been shown in the past wearing auracyan’s Skulls and Roses Oufit – Teen, (pictured on the left) also from TSR.
Over at GHU, most of the college-age Petras kids live at their Greek House, Oresha Cham. From left to right, we have Brandon, Nicole Thompson, Benjamin (seated), Nicholas Ng, my heir Beverly, and Brighid. The only custom outfit here is Beverly’s top, which is from BriAnna at The Well Dressed Sim.
At GHU’s smallest residence hall, Jefferson Dorm, lives the youngest of the college set, Brad, with his boyfriend, Ricky Cormier. Both are wearing Maxis outfits.
One of the baristas at GHU features Dickens Hair from Sussi’s So Good Sims 2. Great site for period hair, especially Victorian and Regency looks.
Recently, Beverly moved back home, and Barbara moved to college. They both got makeovers in the process. Beverly's hair is Fionn's Prom Nite Mesh, and Barbara has Big Bad Shar's Sidewinder Pony, both TSR
Eye colors:
All custom eye colors in my game are by Julia at the Well Dressed Sim. Aaron and all of his children sport “Honey Brown" eyes from the Eloquent Eyes Greens and Browns Set.
I’ve had to undo my genetics alterations, as it was messing up my game, but I'll still be changing their appearances with “contact lenses” of the same shades, from the same site. These links are to the actual eye colors, though. Mary’s gray eyes are now the “Smoke” shade from the Color My World Grays set, Ricky Cormier has the “Tourmaline” shade from the Color My World Greens, Nicole Thompson’s eyes are “Beach Glass” from the Dynamic Duos set, and if Nicholas ever gets cured of vampirism, he’ll be sporting “Mocha” from the Color My World Browns set.
Prof. Timothy Enriquez (not pictured) now has “Smoky Emerald” eyes, again from the Eloquent Eyes set. Just for fun, I’ve used the Feline Eyes set for my master vampires genetics (guess I watch Buffy too much 
) Count Dorian (also not pictured), for example, has Feline Amber as his dominant genetic eye color.
